The Logan Invitational 2019

The Logan Invitational is Kenny and Gabby Logan’s annual charity golf day which has been taking place since 2016. Logan Sports Marketing works with Kenny & Gabby to create an unforgettable golf event and raise important funds for their chosen charity.

LSM manage every aspect of the event to fit their vision; from the choice of venue, selling golf teams, sourcing celebrity captains and bringing sponsors & partners on board (such as Panmure Gordon, Aston Martin & Slingsby), to the on-the-day execution and planning of the dinner, auction and entertainment.

Each year, Kenny and Gabby choose a charity for which the day raises fund for. In 2019, they chose the My Name’s Doddie Foundation which is a cause very close to their hearts, after their close friend Doddie Weir was diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease at the end of 2016. MNDF raises funds to pioneer research into the disease and ultimately find a cure, whilst also providing grants to sufferers.

The Logan Invitational 2019 took place in October at the beautiful Stoke Park Golf & Country Club in Buckinghamshire, where we were blessed with beautiful weather.

On arrival, guests were given their luxury goody bag and enjoyed a relaxed breakfast before being treated to golfing entertainment by The Trick Shot Boys. This was followed by a round of golf, with pitstops along the way at The Three Cockerels bar and our on-course Slingsby pop-up bar for a spot of gin tasting.

After coming in off the course, guests enjoyed a 3-course meal during which the winners of our competitions were presented with their prizes. Jonny Gould got the room going for the charity auction, which included tickets and a meet & greet with Jimmy Carr on his latest tour. The evening was rounded off with a Q&A with Kenny Logan, AP McCoy and Bryan Redpath.

The Logan Invitational 2020 is set to be another fantastic event, with both Slingsby Gin and Aston Martin confirmed as official partners. Kenny & Gabby are pleased to announce that the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation will again be the official charity for their golf day. Returning to Stoke Park on 17th September, we look forward to another exciting day of golf & entertainment, all whilst raising funds for this fantastic cause!
