TAG Heuer Golf Challenge 2019

The TAG Heuer Golf Challenge is an annual event for TAG’s key retailers, which is managed on an end-to-end basis by the LSM events team. Last year, the TAG Golf Day took place at Kingsbarns near Edinburgh, with guests staying at the renowned Old Course Hotel. Kingsbarns is a stunning links course which plays host to the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship alongside Carnoustie and St Andrews Old Course, as well as having hosted the 2017 Women’s British Open.

LSM worked closely with TAG to create a high-end, memorable event as well as being responsible for sourcing and managing the talent for the day. We had a fantastic celebrity captain line-up, including Strictly Come Dancing’s Anton du Beke, comedian John Bishop, former Champion Jockey AP McCoy, ex-footballer and A League of Their Own star Jamie Redknapp, and other sporting legends including Ian Wright, Simon Shaw and Les Ferdinand.

After a fantastic round of golf and a few drinks on the beautiful Scottish coast, guests enjoyed a fabulous gala dinner whilst overlooking the prestigious Old Course, with wines expertly paired and explained by Moët Hennessy sommelier, Steve Small. Following a prize-giving, the guests were treated to a round of ‘Would I lie to you?’ by our celebs, which was thoroughly entertaining and enjoyed by all!

We are pleased to announce that the TAG Heuer Golf Day 2020 will be returning to the fabulous Finca Cortesin, Spain, after a very memorable event here in 2016. We hope to be blessed with some May sunshine and warm weather, and have already confirmed Irish actor and presenter Jimmy Nesbitt, ex-England footballer Peter Crouch and Irish rugby hero Brian O’Driscoll amongst others to captain the teams at this brilliant event.
